How do I know what length to choose?
The length of the hair extension is measured from root to tip and presented straight. Our Remy extensions are available in lengths 16/17, 20/21 22/23, 24/25.
The length you’ll need depends on the length of your natural hair and the length you desire to
achieve. Things you should consider when choosing the right hair extensions are:
- How long your natural hair is
- How thick your natural hair is
- Where you want your hair to naturally fall
- How full you would like your desired look to be
How do I know what weight to choose?
The weight of your hair extensions is determined by the amount of hair inside the pack. They come in a variety of weights from 24g to 160g depending on the hair method you’ve chosen. Choosing the right weight for your hair depends on how thick your natural hair is, and how thick you would like it to be after application. For example in wefts 20 inches long, 60 grams is ideal for just thickness and 120 grams would achieve length and thickness for fine to average hair, 180 grams is perfect for those with thicker hair.

What do I do if you don’t have my length?
If you’ve found your colour match and desired weight but not the length your desire you can adjust the length, you can buy a longer set and have them cut to suit your style. You can get this done at any professional hair salon, but we advise you to visit us or a hair extension salon with experienced stylists!
Do you offer next-day delivery?
We offer next-day delivery on all our DM Remy products if your order is placed before 3:30PM.
European and Russian orders are custom-made and take 4-5 weeks to make but once made we can send the hair next day delivery.
However, this is not 100% guaranteed as this is determined by our courier service.
What payment options are available?

What’s the best way to maintain my hair extensions?
It is important not to go longer than your hairdresser has advised in between fittings. This is to avoid the hair extensions becoming too loose and tangling. Regular brushing above in between and underneath the extensions are a must to avoid tangling with your regrowth when the extension have a regrowth
It’s also very important to use the correct products when washing and styling the hair extensions. We recommend using non sulphate and non protein shampoo and a hydrating masque. Loreal Meatal detox is the DM choice of products. We also recommend using a heat protector when styling the hair wet and dry.
Do I need to have my hair extensions installed in a salon?
We highly recommend that your hair extensions are installed in a salon by a qualified hair extension specialist to get the most out of your hair extensions and avoid causing damage to your hair. We offer fittings in our Liverpool hair extensions salon or we have a list of stockists and hairdressers that have been trained by Dianne Marshall.
Can I remove my hair extensions myself?
We advise that you don’t remove your hair extensions yourself, and instead seek professional help from a qualified hair extension hairdresser. This is to avoid any complications that may cause damage to your natural hair.
